OK, recycled the point of view scene, shuffled the pose a bit, created one custom item and rendered this sort of a portrait...

Overall
Vision Originality Technique ImpactNice work on this one. The expression and pose lock the entire scene together and your choice of props, clothing, etc really were awesome. I particularly liked the glowing effect on the syringe.
The nurses hat seems slightly out of position (to low) and it might be also best with a slight angle adjustment to put it in line with the nurses head ... not much just seems a little off compared to the rest of her for some reason to my eyes.
I also love the blurring effect you have in the background I need to figure on how to do that myself with having to post work it our pay for Octane... can't afford it yet <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="
